HOW TO USE Before showering, use the Body Brush on dry skin. Start on the left side of the body, and dry brush in either firm upward strokes or circular motions, starting at the feet and moving up the body. Always brush towards the heart; once at the neck and chest, brush downwards and inwards. After the shower, apply the Body Oil to the hands or directly onto the skin, and smooth in until well absorbed. Use it all over the body from the neck down, and maximize moisture by combining with the MUTHA Body Butter (sold separately).
